- Natural: Full of butters, oils, and other nourishing ingredients
- Preserved with gentle, effective vitamin E
They offer 40 unique products made from carefully selected ingredients, giving you a spa-like experience from home. They are animal by-product free, and as I mentioned above soy and gluten free as well. The primary preservative used is vitamin E. The majority of their ingredients are made of high quality perfumes and essential oils. Now that I got that out of the way it’s time to go over the meat of this article, how to join and more importantly the way you get paid.
How do you join Perfectly Posh?
You can join Perfectly Posh as an independent consultant for a one time fee of $99 and in return get sent a starter kit with 19 products. With that you get full team support and corporate training as well.
Marketing materials are given to all new Perfectly Posh consultants, including catalogs to give out to customers and promotional flyers as well. Not only that they add in a posh purse too! For the first 3 months you’re in business you are given access to their business website, where you can place orders, track them and enroll new customers.
You make 20% to 30% on your sales, plus bonuses on the sales your team makes. The more you sell the more money you make! If you’re simply looking for a discount you can have your own Perfectly Posh party where you invite friends and family to your house and sell the company goods. A Perfectly Posh consultant will set up a decorative display, all you have to do is be the hostess and provide the venue.
In return you can get products for half price and in some cases FREE! So for example if you sell $300 worth of products you receive $35 in credit towards products of your choice and two products at half price.
So how do you get paid with Perfectly Posh
Perfectly Posh offers a lucrative compensation plan. The comp plan is relatively new and takes a multi-level marketing approach to how it pays it’s distributors. They pay you depending on what rank you are at in the compensation plan and pay you based on retail sales. So for example, if you were to bring in $500 worth of sales (personal volume aka PV) you would be ranked as Pink Plus 1. The pay at this rank would be 26% of whatever you retail.
On top of that you can get bonuses as well. But to qualify you have to be an active consultant and your personal retail sales have to be $300 per month or more over a 4 month period of time. The Perfectly Posh downline bonus is offered to those consultants who make $500 per month. If your PV is at $1500 and your team volume is $20,000 you can earn 31% in commission. They have also included a team bonus that gives you a percentage on the personal volume of each downline consultant on your team.
The higher rank you are in the comp plan, the more bonuses you qualify for, a good example would be their generational bonus which is available based on team volume.
