herbalife review

Thinking about joining Herbalife but can’t decide?

Read for yourself the reality behind Herbalife before you join.

Mark Hughes founded Herbalife in 1980 but sadly met an early death just before he turned 45.

In spite of all this they’ve been in business for the last three decades and turned into a popular name in the weight loss industry.

The company boasts of nearly 2 million distributors and customers worldwide. The New York Stock Exchange lists profits for the company at $3.5 billion. No, that is not a misprint. This proves they must be doing something right. Nevertheless, because of the current economic recession, profits have dropped moderately.

Herbal remedies, vitamins, pre-packaged food, weight loss products, protein shakes, and protein bars are among various products the company sells either by affiliates or distributors and they implement an MLM business model.

If being an affiliate or licensed dealer interests you, get in contact with a local distributor to sell Herbalife products at wholesale or retail.

Herbalife’s products include pre-packaged foods that are part of their weight loss plan, and other healthy products such as vitamins and protein bars and shake mixes, which are sold by a network of distributors. By contacting a local distributor you can buy their products or become a distributor yourself.

There are a bunch of methods and techniques you can use to build a profitaable Herblife business.

But as with most MLM compensation plans, the big money is created by recruiting other people and getting them to do the same. You then can earn a small commission based on the volume they and their team generate.

As with any MLM business the way to earn money passively from other people on your team is to build a big network of distributors.

You and your team can then retail the companies products by buying wholesale. Creating a large downline of successful distributors is the key to success. You can earn a tiny commission for each of your team member’s sales and these tiny commissions do add up fast.

It costs roughly $200 to enroll as a new distributor and you are given the option to “tool up” and also buy more of their products to have available for retail sales and sampling.

The idea is to pass out samples of the product, then followup with them and either get them to order the products or maybe see if your prospect may have an interest in finding out more about the business opportunity.

So what’s the bottom line? Well it’s a fact that Herbalife has been around for a long time especially for a network marketing company. And they are definitely a stable company that does billions in sales annually. They also have several six-figure earners and in some cases they have people making multiple six-figure incomes.

Many are also earning a nice part time revenue as well. But the fact is most distributors won’t earn enough income to cover the expenses of being in business.

The difference is how you market and promote your business. Like any business, promotion is what will fuel sales of your products and services and your Herbalife business is no exception.

You need to master that art of marketing and sales if you plan on making any serious money in network marketing.

A business involves more than just reading Herbalife reviews. So before you jump into your Herbalife business pick out a marketing strategy you feel comfortable doing. For example, you may want to go with a paid marketing strategy or maybe you like social media. It doesn’t matter, just pick one and run with it. If I were you I would go with an online marketing system that can provide you with all of the tools and training you will need to market your Herbalife business online, why not leverage the internet and generate leads for your business, because ultimately a business without leads is no longer considered a business.
